Rick was my agent as both a buyer and later as a seller on the same house and was outstanding both times.

As a buyer, he knew all the areas and what to look for and what to watch out for. He made efficient schedules to see all the houses I wanted and was very flexible with last minute changes. When I found the right place, he knew just how much to offer and negotiate for some concessions and repairs. So of course, I called him back when I needed to move.

So I’ve read through the other reviews on this stream, and I 100% Agree with all the other above reviews. He went above and beyond, fixed up a bunch of things himself most of which I didn’t even know about until I sold the property.

He painted, got a handyman, removed extraneous decorations, and even replaced an appliance on his own dime after it came up during inspection. I recommend contacting him especially if you are working with waterfront property.

He was great. I would definitely reach out to him again when in the buy/sell market of the Space Coast.

Rick is absolutely wonderful. We worked with him to sell our house and he made the experience as easy as possible. He really went out of his way to guide us through the selling process.

After working with a different realtor for over a month and getting nowhere, Rick found the perfect condo for me in under 2 hours. He really took the time to listen.

Rick goes above and beyond as a seller’s agent. He came right over and looked around to make suggestions on what we could improve in the time we had — and then did them himself. He replaced my dead sprinkler pump and all of the old heads, had all of the trees trimmed up nicely, found a gardener to come by weekly after he added seed all around the house.

Most impressively, he redid the whole planter in front of the entire house by pulling out an old dead tree, adding new mulch, and planting beautiful flowers with a centerpiece that altogether gave the place dramatically improved curb appeal. He again knew how to negotiate with buyers and found the right ones and I couldn’t be happier with how easy Rick made things.

Rick was wonderful to work with when buying our new condo and selling our old one. He went above and beyond in so many areas. He was a great help in achieving our goal!

Buying and selling as a snowbird was hard enough but Rick was always there for us!

We have only good things to say about Rick. We just closed on selling our condo today after a quick sale. We discussed the market and with his advice came up with the right selling price. Rick knows the Space Coast area well and was able to provide the input we needed when trying to decide on neighborhoods.  He was patient in showing properties over 4 months as we searched for our ideal home in our price point.
